“Networking” सुनते ही log sochte hain ki bas bade logon se milna hota hai. But networking ka matlab sirf formal handshake nahi hota. Kabhi kabhi ek LinkedIn message, college senior se chai pe baat, ya alumni group me ek polite DM bhi kaafi hota hai.

Aaj kal opportunities kaafi baar “hide” hoti hain. Sab jobs Naukri pe listed nahi hoti. Kuch internships referrals se milti hain, kuch projects WhatsApp groups se. Agar tum logon se connect hi nahi karoge, toh chances miss ho jayenge.
